Deadline for Returns
Customers in the UK have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving their order. If the item is faulty, customers can request a return or repair within 30 days of receiving their order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt) will also be required.

To initiate a return or request a repair, please contact us at help@mobilespyke.com. If your return or repair is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without an authorized request will not be accepted.

Please note : Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Returns from outside the UK may take longer to process.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund as appropriate.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, warranties and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item as per the instructions above. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Cooling-off period for EU orders
For items shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. As with all returns, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags intact and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
